  • Overnight Shipping: For urgent needs, we offer overnight shipping, ensuring your order arrives the next business day if placed before 2 PM EST.
  • International Shipping: We ship to most countries globally. International shipping fees vary based on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Returns Policy for Atomotion

At Atomotion, your satisfaction is paramount. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Restocking fees apply

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Visit the Returns Center on www.atomotion.com and enter your order number and email address to start the return process.
  2. Prepare Your Return: Ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging.
  3. Ship Your Return: Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location. Please keep the receipt with tracking information for your records.

Restocking Fees

A restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price will be deducted from your refund for returns that are not due to defects or errors on our part. This fee helps cover the costs of processing returns and restocking inventory.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

Damaged or Defective Items
